– Figures. With Microsoft this is something you should come to expect. If Apple had their own search engine, you can bet it would be the one and only available on the iPhone/iPad/iPod. I’m not honestly sure what the policy is for Androids, but since Android is open source, technically anybody should be able to change pretty much anything (given, it isn’t as easy as changing an option).

– Sounds like Apple didn’t tell the whole truth. I’m shocked. No really. Amazed.

– I’m anxious to see one of these guys in person. Anybody buying one?

– Unfortunately, I agree with this. The Nexus One could have really made an impact on the market (and it may have more technilogically than sales) if they’d have actually put it in an actual brick building and sold it.

– Good choice!

– Not sure what I think of the “Digital Pen” thing. PalmPad? Kinda lame, but still better than iPad. We’ll wait and see.

– I think he’s trying to make something out of nothing, but I imagine that there are people out there that are concerned about this stuff. Given, those people are not your average consumers.

– Sweeeeet. The more the better. The more customers you have with the phone, the more motivation there is to write apps for that phone. Since there are now Droids (or more accurately Androids) on every network, they’re becoming more and more attractive to developers. Especially when you consider the draconian policies Apple holds over your head, and the fact that they’re one phone on one network.

– Your chance to complain if you wanna.

– I liked the first answer better.

– I’m excited for the new release. OneConf is especially interesting for me.

– I know mine runs like a pig with only one noticably new feature. Surprises me how people seem to think that the iPhone still even competes since other devices (ANDROID) easily beat the iPhone hands down.

– Bummer. Well, maybe they’re holding it wrong.

– Sounds very Microsoftian.

– I think there’s a big point here. With Android actually being embedded into TVs already, and Apple reportedly doing a big revamp of Apple TV, there could be a lot of interesting OS news coming our way in regards to TVs. Personally speaking, Netflix and Hulu clients for Android would make TV watching a lotta interesting.

– This should be interesting.

– Honestly, did you expect anything different?

– I don’t think so. Honestly, Steve Jobs just repeated what he’d already said. The “Sorry” felt insincere to me, and his attitude said “get over it” more than “sorry”.

– $100 million and no one thought to put their finger on the crack??

– Things are sounding better and better in regards to this eFuse thing.

– I watched a Live Blog from the conference, and frankly, I don’t think that anything was said today that hadn’t been said numerous times in previous communications. Other than you get a free case. Yay, free case.

– Don’t hold your breath.

– Now this is a good idea. It would make Windows programs ALMOST work like Linux programs. Great idea.

– Funny.

– Yes, that’s right. Steve Jobs is going to go door to door personally applying the duct tape that’s required to make their phone work correctly. That’s what I hear at least.

– I believe that he’s physically capable, which makes the answer to this question “yes”. The better question is will he? It’s obvious there’s a flaw. Can his holiness admit that they screwed up?

– Can anybody guess what I’m downloading tonight? Anybody?

– Well, they said they’d have enough. They were wrong. I’m taking that as a good sign.

– Yay, Apple is pushing out the “fix” to the signal strength “bug”. Now, when are they going to fix their hardware?

– I’m surprised to see the decline in Motorola, especially since the Droid X is on the horizon, but the HTC IS awesome.

– DIE. PLEASE DIE!!

– Nice. Who has seen an OPERATING SYSTEM that runs in 16Kb these days? I’d love to see this running.

– A company that plans ahead? Shocking!

– Are you serious?!? I just might go legitimately crazy if I see Windows XP ANYWHERE in 10 more years.

– Even more on this Apple iPhone 4 debacle.

– Smart.

– Dvorak pontificates from his Apple shaped podium to the Apple faithful, and tries to show the glory that is Apple to heathens like me. Sorry John, not buying it.

– Wow. I guess wouldn’t want the Apple faithful to read something NEGATIVE about Apple. They might change their mind about the company they’ve sold their soul to.

– I’ve definitly seen some WiFi oddities since I upgraded, but mine still works thankfully. If you haven’t done it yet, might want to think twice.

– FaceTime is a neat new gimmick, but it won’t sell me a phone. I won’t use it the majority of the time, and since FaceTime only works with other iPhone 4 users, and only on WiFi, it’s real utility is extremly limited.

– The same could have been said for the phone market by the time Android appeared, but Android is still progressing nicely in the market.
