– Well that didn’t take long.

– Some really interesting distros… worth a look.

– It’s also a “fact of life” that I won’t be buying one. Ever.

– Fun to watch Apple blame their customers for failures of the phone. Only Apple would try this kind of stunt.

– I have to admit that I’m a little surprised to see this is Android based. I would have guessed that it would be Windows based on some level. I’m happy to have been wrong about that.

– What, you mean besides the fact that it’s the same rumor just with the date changed? This is getting so old.

– Awesome! With all the devices slated to run Android in the near future, it only makes sense.

– Could be interesting.

– Should make for the Droid 3 or Droid Y exceptional.

– Apple is apparently sticking to their “don’t hold it that way” “solution” to their reception problems.

– Should be interesting. What do you think? Windows based?

– Is there anything about this upgrade that actually works the way Apple says?

– Windows 8 details anybody?

– I think it’s important to pay attention to changes in the browser market just because it seems so closely tied to the Operating System market, but honestly, Safari falling to Chrome isn’t really as interesting as the Firefox/IE war. If it turns into a Firefox/IE/Chrome war, then things will really have gotten interesting.

– Sounds like Microsoft is picking up on some of the things that have been many Linux distributions for years.

– Will it, or will it just cover it up? Personally, I think iPhone reception issues will continue until Apple ditches AT&T.

– An update within a week? Maybe Apple should have held back their OS release and just fixed this stuff first?

– Good news. The less processes that run as root the better. It only serves to make Linux even more secure than it already is, leaving both Windows and the Mac OS in the dust.

– Good luck with that one Apple. Saying, “We didn’t want to actually compete on our product” probably isn’t going to fly.

– And that is why they will FAIL. Customers don’t want to just see advertisements, they want actual functionality. If there’s a subtle ad there with a product that they may find useful, great. If it’s just there cranking out ad after ad, useless.

– Is it worth porting games to Linux? The answer is YES people.

– I love this! I hope they make a giant collection.

– Finally, the Tablet market is starting to heat up a little. Nice to see something other than the pathetic iPad.

– What will this mean for WebOS? I both dread and look forward to the answer.

– This is actually a very cool development. I’ve already used Android on my PC a year or so ago. Loved it. Looking forward to seeing what they do with it in the PC arena.

– You can always tell a fan of Apple when they use phrases like “remarkable display, beautiful hardware and intelligently designed software.” Sounds like he’s pulling it straight out of Steve Jobs’s playbook. Worth a read anyway, but take it with a grain of salt.

– The Steve Jobs Reality Distortion Field at work. The new iPhone lacks features found on current models of other phones, and barely matches others. Rush to buy it? Only if you don’t know any better.

– Really? Apple is selling my location to advertisers? Love it. And when I say I love it, I mean I really, REALLY hate it.

– Pretty much everybody is getting the brand new mobile flash. Everybody but Apple that is, who keeps telling us that Flash is a dead technology and it just doesn’t work for a mobile platform. Well, it seems like it works for everybody but Apple. Good work guys.
