– All iPhone users should just jump ship now. Android offers all you could want and more, and by the time you can get a Verizon iPhone, there won’t be a point anyway.

– Some interesting ideas in here. Looking forward to seeing how they turn out.

– Really, if Application developers aren’t paying attention to this, they should be.

– Interesting chart that shows that really, the ONLY OS showing growth in this market IS Android. All the rest are really stagnant, or declining. Are we seeing the beginning of a new rein?

– Seems like a stupid decision, but we are talking about HP here.

– This is a direct result of Android being an open OS that can be used on multiple networks and various hardware. Apple sticking to it’s “One Provider, One Network” philosophy is hurting it again. Look for a repeat of the Macintosh/Windows competition if Apple doesn’t change it’s ways.

– By 2011, it might not matter. iPhone is falling farther and farther behind Android. iPhone 4.0 may offer a “catch up” release, but that’s to today’s features, not features from 7 months from now or more. Who knows where Android will be by then. Even Verizon might not be able to save iPhone by then.

– I like seeing that. The lower IE drops, the better chance that some cross platform, standards following browser can take it’s place.

– Google TV, that sounds interesting. I’ve seen TVs that run Android, and if you could run hi-res applications on your TV, that would be extremely cool. Netflix and Hulu, I hope you’re paying attention to this.
